That’s why I created the North Port Fair Work Guarantee. It’s my personal commitment that you’ll only pay for repairs that actually fix your equipment — never for mistakes, misdiagnoses, or unnecessary parts.

How It Works

1. Service Call & Diagnosis
Every on-site visit includes a $100 service call, which covers travel, fuel, and a full professional diagnosis.
If you choose to move forward with the repair, $50 of that fee is applied to your final bill.
If you decide not to proceed, the $100 simply covers the service call and diagnosis — fair and straightforward.

2. The Fair Work Promise
If my first repair doesn’t solve the problem due to a misdiagnosis, I’ll re-diagnose your equipment at no additional labor charge.

  • If the correct repair costs more, you’ll receive a credit for the first repair toward your final bill.
  • If the correct repair costs less, I’ll finish the job at no additional charge.

You’ll never pay for parts or labor that didn’t fix the issue. That’s a promise.

3. Integrity Over Income
This guarantee means something to me because I’ve been in your shoes. You’re trusting me with your equipment, and I take that seriously. Mistakes can happen — but when they do, I’ll make it right.
